Wondering what to expect? Whether it’s your first or fifth, birthing a baby is a big deal!

This series of classes covers all things pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum life. Our instructors will take you through the first steps of pregnancy, where you’ll learn about what growing a human really entails. Filled with pockets of humor, empathy, moments for group bonding, and an emphasis on supporting individual birthing needs—at home, in hospital, and everything in-between—our BB class is a step-by-step guide to feeling cared for across the threshold. By the end of this course you will understand how to talk to your care provider, feel grounded in the stages of labor and various delivery options, and be ready to enter postpartum parenthood.
